2. SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Innovate Media, you agree to the following:
• You will receive appointment reminders, confirmations, and promotional messages related to our services
• Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and scheduled appointments
• Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier

3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business information and marketing materials

4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. Any additional advertising spend will be billed separately and is the client's responsibility.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver excellent results, Innovate Media makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, lead volume, or revenue increases. Marketing results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, and client follow-through with generated leads.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date. Early termination does not entitle clients to refunds of retainer fees already paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
Innovate Media's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the 90 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, strategies, and proprietary methods developed by Innovate Media remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use delivered materials for their business purposes only.
